I love romance books. Any type of romance book, especially paranormal. I enjoy reading some science fiction and fantasy books as well. Fiction books aren’t my only go-to reading material. I do enjoy books on astrology, tarot, self-help/improvement, and psychology.

Writing Questions (2)

I wrote my first poem when I was twelve years old. I began writing What the Heart Wants: Soulmate #1 when I was 13. The story, of course, changed dramatically in over twenty years, but it’s when the idea first sprang to mind.

Music. My love affair with music is as old as my love affair with books. For years, I would listen to music and kinda ‘zone out’ to the song. Scenes would play through my mind, as if I were watching a movie. The older I grew, the more vivid these scenes became until I couldn’t ignore them anymore. I finally began writing one day after listening to a song. Since then, when I get stuck on a scene or if I’m plotting a new book, I always turn to music to help me get creative.
