It’s been awhile, but I thought I would post another poem here on my blog. I’ve been working on revising my novel so much that I don’t feel like doing a normal blog post, so I’m cheating a little and posting a poem. As always, please comment and let me know what you think. Tender smiles and soft touches,

Every time we’re close.

Warm skin and delicate laughter,

Is what I love the most.

Our gentle looks, love filled hearts,

And passion running free.

Everyday that I am with you,

Means more and more to me.

A love like ours is hard to find,

People search every day.

But broken hearts and loss of trust,

Keeps standing in their way.

Through all the trials and toils of life,

We’re by each other’s side,

Completely devoted to our journey,

On life and love’s little ride.
